Buying from sikuly.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the section (New Collection, Old Collection, Promo) and quantity
  2. Find the product / products that most interests you / no. With a single click you can see the enlarged image with details, the back of the article, the composition, the available formats, the item code and the price.
  3. Choose a product and add it to your cart. Then you can choose to continue purchasing or placing the order.

Why was my credit card rejected?
The credit card can be refused for one of the following reasons:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can replace any item except discounted items) within a 14 day limit from the delivery date. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The replacement right only applies to items still in the conditions in which they were received. The replacement shipment by the customer must take place exclusively via the courier who delivered the order. Items must be returned to sikuly.com in a single package.

It is not possible to replace the item with a different product. The new item will be sent as soon as we receive the item to be replaced.
It is specified that the products are entirely handmade and therefore any small imperfection or color variation characterize its uniqueness and authenticity.

CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

All items, excluding those on sale, can be returned at the expense of the buyer.
To cancel the purchase contract you can choose between two possibilities:
1. Notice of withdrawal: in writing
The withdrawal notice can be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in writing via e-mail to info@sikuly.com
2. Notice of withdrawal by return
The return communication can be made automatically within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order by returning the goods.
Regardless of the chosen return method, please consider:

Items must be returned in the conditions in which they were received: not used or washed or altered and with all original tags.
The items to be returned must be sent in a single package.
Returns must be made using the same partner chosen for the original shipment.
sikuly.com will only accept returns corresponding to the aforementioned characteristics.

REFUND

Please note that between the date of receipt of the withdrawal and that of the reimbursement of costs may take several days. After receiving the withdrawal, we will send an e-mail with information about the refund. The times for reimbursement depend on the credit card used. Usually the credit appears within two months on the credit card report.

If the recipient indicated in the order does not correspond to the purchaser of the product, the amount will be credited to the original purchaser ie to the holder of the credit card and the account used for payment.

Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase. Any losses due to monetary fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

For withdrawals that have been purchased with a voucher, the value of the voucher will be credited back to the customer’s account.
