Are the prices of Sikuly’s online store and my favorite store the same?
Yes. However, if there were any difference between the prices indicated on the website and those on the labels of the garments, the amount to be considered as correct will always be the one shown on the purchase receipt.
What is the price adjustment policy?
We do not make adjustments for items whose original price has been reduced.
Are items that are not in stock supplied?
If there is no stock of a certain item, we will try to supply it as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will not show it on the website.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture? *
Sikuly produces completely handmade products, the finish may be slightly different.

Yes. Just subscribe to the newsletter and you will receive information on the latest news, lookbooks and events of Sikuly.
Can I stop Sikuly’s newsletter subscription?
In the Newsletter section you can stop signing up easily. Fill in the data and choose send.
How can I recover my forgotten password?
If you forgot your password, visit the Login section to retrieve it. Just enter your e-mail address and we will send you a message with the necessary instructions.
How can I be sure that I have made the purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message to your email address. If it does not reach you, contact our customer service.
Can I know the status of the order?
Yes, you can view the updated status of the order in real time. To do so, go to the “Orders and Returns” section of your account.
If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link from the confirmation email.
Can I delete items from the order?
Yes. You can delete all the items you want from the shopping cart if the order has not already been submitted.
Can I cancel the order?

What should I do if I receive a faulty item? *
Sikuly.com only sells items in perfect condition and therefore if in the exceptional case you should receive a faulty garment, please contact our customer service.
